Hi [first name],

At 4:07 PM, our automated system alerted us of an outage for internet and phone services.

We’d like to apologize to the valued customers of Blue World Telecom for this issue, and we can report that within five minutes of receiving the alert our repair team was dispatched. Two minutes after that, this email was sent.

We currently estimate that all service should be restored by 8:00 PM today, and will send updates as they become available. At this time, our sources indicate the problem was related to high winds and thunderstorms throughout the area.

We truly appreciate all the great customers who let us serve them at home and work. While we can’t guarantee 100% uptime, we can guarantee 100% effort in fixing this problem and continuing to be responsive, communicative, and transparent with you when issues like this occur.
